I'm sitting in a café "borrowing" their Internet access to write my latest article on the state of government. It seems I have peeked the interest of the local secret police service. (SPS) Its funny how the truth is the fist casualty in a revaluation. When freedoms are striped away from the masses in the name of protecting. Well when the government is creating the problems that we are to be protected from, there is a real problem.
Now I know you have all heard about the upcoming elections... Well the day an election happens here in monument city or in the united west block will be the day I eat my pen and paper. Mark my words, there is something behind all this that no one will see coming.
Speaking of not seeing it coming... One of the shadow forces most decorated and oldest member was arrested today. Government sources are not talking of what the charges are. ...

So it finally has happened. No it's not the end of the world. Though for those in the democracy watch front, they may differ in there opinion on this. It seems that in order to combat the rising risk of terrorism activities the government has created a special task force to do investigations. They have broad powers, some of which allows them to do wire taps, searches and digital property confiscation with out getting search warrants. This is all in the name of safety of course. What is even more troubling though, if it was possible to be more troubled. it seems that since the death of the opposition leader, the hope of an upcoming election is out of the question. The official word from the Chancellors office is that it is just to unsafe to run an election at this time. Probably in the near future an election will be possible again. but until that time we will have to be patent while the curren ...

Right then, now that I've got your attention, I would just like to say that I like painkillers....also Halo and the entire Final Fantasy series (With the possible exception of tactics) SUCKS!!
And now down to important things.
For example, how much I dislike governments. See we throw a nice coup to get this new guy in office and it turns out that he sucks only marginally less than the old guy in office...also he's a racist. HOW FUN IS THAT?!! and I'm beginning to wonder how well the DF and her turbolasers would function in atmo.< ...

Just when I finally meet a great girl, I get sent out on another mission. It wouldn't be so bad, but I will be missing another opportunity to see her. Now don't get me wrong, I love the excitement of going on a mission. But I have this burning desire to see her again and again. It's interesting, every time I see her I feel week in the knees and fluttery in my stomach. I don't know what that all means yet but I guess it might be love... Did I admit that out loud?
Well in other news, I read the latest copy of the Earth Gazette and I can't believe what the government is doing. I mean really, demonising one group of people. It just boils my blood. Not that there is much that can be done. I just hope it doesn't get to out of hand.
interesting thing I heard the other day. Seems that the eastern alliance has started a colony on Mars now as w ...

In a bold move to change the face of our city the governments new tough on crime stance is finally starting to work. The provisional government came out with the following statement, made by the press secretary. It seems that they managed to capture one of the ring leaders in the recent attack on the military base and the bombing of the down town police station . "After a prolonged questioning period with the prisoner, the accused decided to come clean and confess to the crimes he had committed. After signing the confession, where he admitted to bombings and masterminding the gas attack on the military base, he gave information to the whereabouts of his accomplices that where planing another attack. The military police quickly went into action, surrounding the residence of a conspirator. They quickly entered the building finding themselves in a ...

There has been another bombing in monument city. Seems that the Anti Unification League has struck again and blown up the main bus depot down town on main street. The early reports are that there has been about 30 casualties and probably 100 injured so far. Military engineers are going through the collapsed building searching for survivors.
During the Chancellors weekly address to the people, he divulged that the opposition leader, John Macezie, was killed in his bed by an apparent assassin. It was unknown at this time what the motive was in killing him and who the lady was that found him dead in his bed, as his wife is currently away in Bermuda and not available for comment. The Chancellor also mentioned that one of the military bases had been attacked, but he wouldn't say if there was any casualties or not. I have it on good authority that the base was gassed and all per ...

I wish to all higher beings that I was Correllian and that odds didn't bother me. But no, the higher powers did not see fit to grant me that wish, they wanted me to suffer.
I mean really, you'd think that Mister I-look-good-in-a-flightsuit......err I mean Mister I'm-going-to-shove-out-the-nearest-airlock-soon (Note to self, do not write entries when angry)...could bring me good news. Something like "I just saved a bunch of money on my astromech insurance by switching to Geico, oh and I just intercepted a holo transmission that says the war's over and we can go home." If he came back with that kinda information I'd totally make out with him right there......Ask him to marry me.. ...

Well at least that's nothing new! As I have more recently found out, not that I can figure out time here, I have been dead for quite some time now. Now how long did they say? month, two months... I guess in the grand scheme or things it doesn't matter one hill of beans.
Well come to think of it, beans would be kind of nice right now. I remember the last time I had beans. I had crashed on one of the moons around Mars and all I had to eat was beans. I regret taking it for granted.
Not sure why that came to mind... now is it "mind" when you have been dead for a couple of months? I guess it doesn't matter either. To bad though, I could use some beans. I used to like beans. But I am tired now. I guess I better go lay down on a cloud somewhere or however that works here. It's interesting, I still haven't figured out how that work ...

Not really sure what to think so far. I think we are hitting it off "very well" But then it's to early to tell. though I am having a hard time concentrating. Not sure if its the sleep deprivation or that I find myself lost when ever I gaze into the blue seas that are her eyes. I know this is only a first, dare I say date, but I find my self falling for this mysterious girl from earth.
You know I don't even know where she is from... She mentioned it I know, but as for where it is on a map... well I don't think I could point it out. Will have to look it up when I get back to my room tonight. Always good to show some interest in where they are from.
Whoops she is coming back from the powder room. Got to go.
