The fifth Lori Class carrier built at the earth Mecha factory in orbit around earth.  It was commissioned by the Chancellor after he took power from the provisional government to help bolster the fire power of earths space navy.  Used mostly to patrol shipping lanes between earth and other outposts against pirates.
