Section 5. Definition
A. Command staff: Officers of Commander Grade or higher.
B. Shadow Force motto: For honor, for valor, for earth
C. Reprimand: Reprimand defined
i. Reprimand will be given out after a warning has been issued.
ii. Reprimand will be added to permanent record of member and will affect promotion ability.
iii. When an official reprimand is issued, it will be made public on Shadow Force web site.
iv. Reprimands must be given before a tribunal may be called.
v. Reprimands may be pardoned, depending on the circumstances, by:
1. Official apology to command and membership.
2. Rendering extraordinary service to the membership.
D. Formal tribunal
i. A tribunal may be called for by any officer after the fore mentioned requirements have been met. *see section 2/d or 4/d
ii. Must be comprised of three officers of higher rank and one of the officers must be from the command staff.
iii. If sufficient officers of higher rank are not available. Then five officers must sit on the tribunal panel with one of the five, a command staff officer.
iv. A tribunal will carry out an investigation in to the alleged allegations and give judgment on the findings. The accused will have the opportunity to defend them selves.
v. The tribunal will post decisions and findings on the web site. All top secret info will be removed from the posting.
vi. If dismissal is warranted the offending member will be removed from the Shadow web site. Passwords will be revoked and all Shadow Force members will be emailed with the details of the offending members removal. A posting will be made to the Shadow web site.

F. Security Department There are two security divisions with in the Shadow Force
i. Internal security: Called SI2
1. Responsible for upholding the piece with in the Shadows.
2. Responsible for investigation of new members.
3. Responsible for weekly reports on security matters.
ii. External security: Called SI3
1. Responsible for external security.
2. Intersquad intelligence gathering.
3. Responsibility for UNSpacy representation.
4. Responsible for warning squad members of potential troublesome Robotech members. (ex. Shadow Warrior 13)
5. Responsibility for Bi-weekly reports
F. Submitting additions or changes to GCoC:
i. Changes to the GCoC can be submitted by pilots, recruits or officers, submissions can be made to Command staff.
ii. Submissions will be evaluated at the Bi-weekly Command staff meeting and the submitter will be notified of the decision there after.
iii. Updates to the GCoC can only be made four times a year or quarterly. Submissions can be ratified on a bi-weekly bases, but only added to the Official GCoC quarterly. As such, approved amendments are not official until there inclusion with in the official GCoC document. Notification of inclusion must be given via email to all members at time of inclusion.
iv. Any changes to the GCoC must be accompanied by an email notification to all Squad Members. Noting the changes.
v. Command staff are not obligated to make changes upon submitted request.
vi. Removal of the GCoC can only be accomplished with a vote of current membership and a majority of 50% plus one. A new GCoC, or a similar document, must be presented for ratification at the same vote to replace current GCoC.
G. Meaning of version numbers in title. For every revision of the GCoC a point number will be added to the version. This includes wording change or adding points. Points are defined as Roman numerals or sub heading numbers. Sections or chapters are section #, or uppercase letters. (ex adding a revision changes v 1.01 to v1.02. Adding an extra chapter or section to the GCoC results in v1.01 to v2.01)
