Admiral Nautica, born in eastern Europe just before the global civil war.  He joined up to the UN Space Navy when he was 16, (he lied about his age.)  He quickly showed he was a natural leader during the end of the war.  Entering into officer training, he was given his first command at the end of the war.  Do to bad Intel, his squad was ambushed in combat and they suffered heavy losses.  despite that they managed to hang on until reinforcements could arrive.  he received the Iron Cross for Valor under fire.

By the end of the Global civil war, he had made it to the rank of Captain and was given the role of setting up a new force to replace the soon leaving REF.  He also set up the Shadow Force recruiting academy.  That saw such notable members as Fastrax and Nargis who received commendation from the Chancellor after risking there own lives to save him.

Nautica is currently stationed on earth at earth Parliament.
