The building that houses the United Earth Government.  Situated in Monument city after the first Robotech war.  It's a very large building in the shape of a diamond.  It's constructed of steel and glass.  Kind of has a Romanesque look.

The building was destroyed during the coup by the Chancellor and his forces when they took over Monument city
