Skyle has been many things over the years and some of them may even be true. He loves to mislead the new recruits and lead them to their ruin. It has been said that he sent a new recruit to requisition a wait-a-bit. the recruit was waiting all day until a staff Sargent, felt sorry for him and let him in on the secret.
He joined up to RDF before the Shadow Force was created and seeing a great opportunity to use his skills for good instead of evil transfered to Nautica's fledgling group and was instrumental in getting it off the ground.
He was assassinated in his quarters in mission XII.5
